Returns and complaints

You can return unused goods in undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Once the packaging is opened, the right of withdrawal under the Civil Code ceases to apply (for health and hygiene reasons with this type of goods) — see the terms and conditions for details.

Report a damaged or incomplete shipment without undue delay to info@arionpeptides.com with the order number and a photo of the defect. We will handle the complaint within the statutory period.
