Peptides are sensitive to temperature, light and repeated freeze-thaw cycles. A break in the cold chain may not be obvious at first glance, but it gradually reduces the stability and purity of the content. Move the shipment to the fridge as soon as possible after receiving it, and maintain the recommended temperature throughout storage.

  • Unpack the shipment and place it in the fridge immediately upon receipt.
  • Avoid repeated freezing and thawing of the same product.
  • Store in the original packaging, away from direct light.

Laboratory handling

Products are intended exclusively for laboratory and research use in a controlled environment. Handle them the same as any other laboratory chemical — with appropriate personal protective equipment and according to your workplace's internal protocols.

We ship all products in thermo-insulated packaging with cooling packs. Delivery is handled via Packeta.

Insulated packaging protects the shipment from temperature swings during transit.

Collect the shipment as soon as possible after delivery and keep the substances refrigerated afterwards.

Typically 24–48 hours from dispatch.

What are the products intended for?

How long does the cooling in the shipment last?
The shipment travels in thermo-insulated packaging with a cooling pack. We recommend collecting it as soon as possible after delivery and keeping the substances refrigerated afterwards.
What payment methods do you offer?
Bank transfer in advance and cash on delivery.
Can I return the goods?
Yes, unused goods in undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt. Once the packaging is opened, return for health and hygiene reasons is not possible — details in the terms and conditions.
